Title Near Mint to Mint seems Mint at first brush but a rub-stain in back keeps it from being perfect a different, more matte dye lot than the usual jackets but is all original

This is "The Sea Scene". There was a typo in the Sarah Eames Barbie reference book where she swapped the names of "The Casual Scene" and "The Sea Scene" but other references and Mattel NRFBs confirm the opposite.
