Shipping options and costs

Available shipping options and costs for eligible items are shown at checkout.

Free shipping

Orders with more than $150 in eligible merchandise qualify for free shipping on eligible items only. Doll boxes and fashion boxes never qualify for free shipping, regardless of order value or what else is in the order. Box prices do not count toward the $150 threshold for other merchandise in the same order. Shipping is charged for all doll and fashion boxes, including ready-to-ship packs.

Shipping for doll and fashion boxes

Ready-to-ship packs have shipping options at checkout. For other doll and fashion box orders, you select the quantities you want, then we calculate the dimensional shipping cost. Placing a doll or fashion box order does not mean it has been paid for or is ready to ship. We ship only after payment for the items and shipping is complete.

Processing times

We ship Monday through Friday. We aim to ship orders paid before noon Pacific Time on a shipping day that same day, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders placed or paid on Saturday or Sunday are not shipped on those days. For doll and fashion box orders that require a dimensional shipping calculation, the noon cutoff is based on completed payment, not when the order was placed.

International shipping

USPS Priority service is available for shipments to Canada, Japan, and Australia. We do not offer USPS First-Class international shipping. Shipments to other international destinations use UPS only. Available services and costs are shown at checkout or, for doll and fashion box orders that are not ready-to-ship packs, after we calculate dimensional shipping costs.

Customs declarations and import charges

We declare international shipments accurately, including the contents and purchase value. We cannot mark a purchase as a gift, list it as free, or state a lower value at a customer's request. International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, or customs fees. Any charges collected at checkout will be shown there. Charges not collected at checkout are the buyer's responsibility and may be requested by the destination country or carrier.
