Dress has Mattel's fingerprints all over it in terms of the detailing like proper seams and snap to keep the dress's shape to the same variegated hem embroidery technique that has numerous examples from Barbie doll's Floral Petticoat to the Kiddle Lou Locket but I cannot find any record of it.
I don't want to claim anything such as "Sample" without provenance.
