Like the 2004 Beach Time Kelly playset only this one appears to be the European version. "Shelly" is written across the front and she has all of the same accessories and her box is written in numerous European languages. The rubber band around her water bottle has come loose. She may have been on display outside of her box, but never removed from her card; however, it looks minty fresh and untouched. We would call her NRFB if we could be sure. Her box is in great condition with just some rubbing on the window and some residue from an old store sticker.
