Excellent to Near Mint condition
A 7" tall vintage cloth doll with a painted face, embroidery, lace, and layers of lovely fabric. She has no markings or labels on her other than a faint number on her underclothes. It looks like a "265". The layers of cloth are impressive for this size and while detailed is not to the level of a Lenci's finishing. The pleating is very tight on the main skirt.
Her lace in the front has yellowed a little from age and she has a few rusty old pins in her to keep her hat and collar in place. Some of the lace is torn in the back. Overall she is a surprisingly detailed and well made little doll. We just have no idea what she actually is.
