Any Chatty NRFB fashion has become very hard to find. This one, the "Party Coat", is common out of the box but rare as an NRFB. It is a beautiful red velvet with white silk satin lining. A precious fur head band complete with floral and "ermine" trim. Both the outfit and the box have great color and are in beautiful condition; just a slit on right in cello.
